LUHANSK, October 24. /TASS/. The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) has no plans to take part in the Ukrainian parliamentary polls as it is preparing for its own elections set for November 2, LPR head Igor Plotnitsky said on Friday.

"As far as I know, no one here wants to vote in these [Verkhovna Rada] elections," Plotnitsky said that the parliamentary polls scheduled for October 26 were only Kiev's concern.

On Novermber 2, the Luhansk People's Republic will elect its leader and State Council members.
