Avakov said the electoral legislation violators were among representatives of all the political parties running for parliament, including Batkivshchyna (Fatherland) and People's Front parties as well as Petr Poroshenko's Bloc.
Most violators were independent candidates, he added. Avakov said Odessa, Kiev, Chernigov and Kharkiv turned to be most fraud-prone regions.
The minister also said that 82,000 policement will ensure public order on the day of election, October 26.
