KIEV, October 21. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Tuesday announced “artillery silence” in Donbass.
“We announce ‘artillery silence’ and we’ll see what will happen,” Segodnya.ua quotes Poroshenko as saying in his trip to Dnipropetrovsk.
On October 20, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic authorities reported the attacks on Donetsk by Ukrainian security forces, including with the use of heavy artillery guns, multiple launch rocket systems and tactical missiles.
