KIEV, October 20. /TASS/. Security will be stepped up in Ukraine ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled for October 26, the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine said on Monday.
Security of bodies of state power will be tightened. Roadblocks are set up for entering the city, the press service said.
Spokeswoman for the Security Service Yelena Gitlyanskaya said these measures “are conditioned by the fact that Russian special services allegedly took more active actions ahead of the elections to the Verkhovna Rada.”
