MOSCOW, October 11. /TASS/. Authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic promise to punish those attempting to export grain from the republic.
Acting Minister of Agriculture and Food Alexei Krasilnikov said: “I am repeating, it will not be possible to export it [grain] anywhere outside the republic. Those attempting to sell it in a form other than flour into other states will be punished severely. Nobody has even moral right now to sell grain abroad. It should be processed in flour.”
The minister said the republic had harvested and registered grain sufficient for the coming winter.
“Well, sometimes the measures were not popular, but we did manage to keep grain,” he said.
