Ukraine’s Poroshenko calls for deployment of permanent military brigade in Donbass city

“I called for putting up a permanent military brigade in Severodonetsk,” Poroshenko twittered on Friday

KIEV, October 10. /TASS/. Ukraine’s President Pyotr Poroshenko has suggested that a permanent military brigade should be stationed in the city of Severodonetsk in Donbass, a largely industrialised region in Ukraine’s conflict-gripped east.

“I called for putting up a permanent military brigade in Severodonetsk,” Poroshenko twittered on Friday.

On October 10, the Ukrainian president went on a working trip to Donbass where he inspected fortifications of the Ukrainian troops located 32 kilometres of Donetsk and also visited Severodonetsk located 92 kilometres of Lugansk.
