LUHANSK, October 10. /TASS/. The date which was earlier set for the election of the speaker and parliament of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), remains unchanged. The election will be held on November 2, Head of the Central Election Commission of the LPR Sergey Kozyakov told a news conference on Friday.
“The election will be considered valid if the turnout is no fewer than 50%," he said.
