Six students from Africa quarantined in Russia's Tatarstan to prevent Ebola importation

KAZAN, October 9. /TASS/. In Tatarstan, six African students are quarantined because of the risk of importation of the Ebola virus, the Russian consumer rights watchdog Rospotrebnadzor's press service told TASS on Thursday.

"We took these measures to prevent the importation of Ebola to Tatarstan. For example, at the airport of Kazan and in other cities of the republic quarantine control is strengthened for persons arriving from Africa," - informed the press-service.
