BRUSSELS, October 9. /TASS/. Ukraine is likely to be represented at the ambassadorial level at the CIS summit in Minsk, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said on Thursday.
“At present, some logistical problems are being solved,” Klimkin said.
Earlier, a source in Minsk told TASS about such possibility.
“According to incoming information, it is becoming clear that it is no use to wait for (Ukrainian President Petro) Poroshenko’s arrival. Ukraine is most likely to be represented at the ambassadorial level. At least, there is such an option,” Klimkin said.
The CIS foreign ministers are to meet in Minsk on Thursday ahead of the summit. Ukrainian Ambassador in Minsk Mikhaylo Yezel will represent Ukraine at the ministerial meeting.
