KIEV, October 7. /TASS/. The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine has registered 404 international observers to monitor the early parliamentary election due in Ukraine on October 26, the UNN news agency reported on Tuesday.
It said that at a session on Tuesday the CEC registered 94 observers from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), and the number of foreign observers has totaled 404 as of Tuesday.
