LUGANSK, October 6. /TASS/. Militias of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) in eastern Ukraine have called on people to turn in firearms to the authorities, the Novosti Donbassa publication said on Monday.
Posters calling to voluntarily turn in weapons, ammunitions and explosive devices have already been placed in community transport. Militias also ask people to inform about those who hide weapons.
