The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have provided guarantees that United Nations humanitarian officials will get access to the population affected by hostilities in the embattled east of Ukraine, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said in a report on Friday.
