LUHANSK, October 3. /TASS/. Head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky has confirmed at a briefing on Friday that an exchange of prisoners on "15 for 15" formula will take place in the next few days.
"Negotiations on the "15 for 15" exchange are drawing to a close. I think that in the next few days we will welcome our people on our territory," Plotnitsky told the briefing.
"The Ukrainian side is not interested in delaying the exchange," Plotnitsky added.
