LUHANSK, October 3. /TASS/. A regular humanitarian convoy from Russia will deliver foodstuffs and construction materials to the city of Luhansk in eastern Ukraine, leader of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky said on Friday.
“I can’t name the concrete date. But I believe that this will happen in the short term. There is no new date yet. The departments are to coordinate it,” Plotnitsky said.
The humanitarian convoy will mainly carry construction materials, asbestos cement products, glass units, generators and foodstuffs, he added.
