SEOUL, September 30. /ITAR-TASS/. Leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-un had surgery of both knees in September and remains in hospital now, Seoul’s Chosun Ilbo wrote on Tuesday.

The newspaper says Kim Jong-un takes a rehabilitation course at a hospital for high-ranking party members.

He was not seen in public since September 3 and did not attend a session of the country’s parliament on September 25.
