UNITED NATIONS, September 26. /ITAR-TASS/. The United Nations Security Council has demonstrated its inefficiency in the face of the Ukrainian crisis and is to be reformed, Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski said on Thursday at the United Nations General Assembly.
