KIEV, September 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko has ruled out a possibility of introducing sanctions against Belarus and Kazakhstan over events in Ukraine.

“I can see no reason to talk about sanctions imposed on Belarus and Kazakhstan,” he told a news conference on Thursday. “They are our reliable partners."
