Russia prepares fourth relief aid package for south-east Ukraine

MOSCOW, September 24. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia's Emergencies Ministry is preparing to deliver its fourth consignment of humanitarian aid to Ukraine's south-east region, deputy head Vladimir Stepanov said on Wednesday.

Preparations follow the last load of relief supplies brought to Donetsk on September 20. It delivered 600 generators and other essential items in a 2,000-ton aid package.

Delivery details to areas hit by weeks of conflict between Ukrainian government troops and local militia forces are being coordinated with Russia's Foreign Ministry, Stepanov said.
