DONETSK. September 24. /ITAR-TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic has forwarded its lists for another exchange of captives to Kiev but received no reply, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic's committee for prisoners of war and hostages said on Wednesday.
The swap has been planned in the 60 to 60 format.
The swap of prisoners is one of key points of the agreement reached on September 5 during the Contact Group meeting over Ukraine in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Four exchanges have been held since then in the formats of: 37 for 37, 70 for 70, 38 for 38 and 28 for 28.
