MOSCOW, September 22. /ITAR-TASS/. The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is not considering sending peacekeepers to Ukraine, the organization’s Secretary-General Nikolai Bordyuzha said on Monday.

“No such decision is being considered,” he said.

“Hypothetically speaking, under the agreements we have in the CSTO, peacekeepers can be used both in the member states and outside them,” Bordyuzha said.

The CSTO peacekeeping force consists of troops provided by all member states, those being Russia. Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Tajikistan.
