KIEV, September 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s President Petr Poroshenko on Sunday pledged Kiev will do its best to implement the peace plan in eastern Ukraine.
“Ukraine has always done and will further do its best to implement the peace plan in Donbass,” Poroshenko said in an interview with a number if Ukrainian television channels, adding that the exchange of prisoners of war was “progress already.” “The situation is being deescalated, whatever anyone might say,” he added.
