The spokesman did not specify the list of those who supposed to take part in the Contact Group meeting in Minsk.
The previous Contact Group meeting was held on September 5. Those attending were former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko, head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic Igor Plotnitsky, Russian ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, and Heidi Tagliavini of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
