DONETSK, September 19. /ITAR-TASS/. Between 40 and 50 captives will be swapped in another prisoner exchange between the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and Ukrainian authorities on September 20, the third one of such swaps, the head of the Dontesk republic's committee for refugees and prisoners of war, Darya Morozova, said on Friday.

"The exchange is planned for tomorrow, approximately in the afternoon," she said. "The formula is under discussion now, the lists of prisoners are not ready yet," Morozova said.

Ceasefire agreement

On September 5 the trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine (Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE) and representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s republics reached an agreement in Minsk on ceasefire in Ukraine’s southeast, troops withdrawal, exchange of prisoners and provision of humanitarian aid.

In line with the Minsk agreements reached within the framework of the Contact Group, the exchange of prisoners of war is to be done in the format “all for all”.
