KIEV, September 15. /ITAR-TASS/. A bill on an amnesty as part of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko’s peace plan does not cover certain types of crimes, Poroshenko said at a meeting with heads of deputy factions of the country’s unicameral parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, on Monday.

“Those who committed crimes under Criminal Code articles covering premeditated murder, terrorism, attempts to kill a state figure, a law enforcement officer, a judge, rape, looting, abuse of bodies, abuse of memorials and a number of other articles designed to ensure the integrity of our state do not fall under the amnesty,” Poroshenko said.
