VIENNA, September 08. /ITAR-TASS/. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will hold a video conference Monday on the exchange of prisoners of war and humanitarian aid delivery to eastern Ukraine, a senior OSCE official said.
Representatives of the Ukrainian government and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics will take part in the conference, Thomas Greminger of Switzerland, head of the OSCE Permanent Council, said.
The exchange of prisoners of war and opening a humanitarian aid corridor were among the conditions of the ceasefire deal that was reached at the meeting of the Contact Group for Ukraine on Friday.
