NEWPORT (UK), September 05. /ITAR-TASS/. NATO warmly welcomes the peace agreements between Kiev and militia forces that have been reached in Minsk if they lead to real ceasefire, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on Friday.

He said NATO hopes that the agreements will mark the start of a constructive political dialogue in Ukraine.
