MOSCOW, September 04./ITAR-TASS/.Russia proceeds from the premise that the contract on the delivery of the Mistral class helicopter carriers will be fulfilled by France in accordance with the once assumed obligations, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov told reporters on Thursday.

“Russia is based on the premise that the contract will be fulfilled in accordance with the contractual obligations,” Manturov said.
