KIEV, September 03./ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine begins to build a real border with the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk told a session of the Ukrainian government Wednesday. “We are launching The Wall project - a real border between Ukraine and Russia,” he said.
Yatsenyuk also said Kiev hopes that NATO will grant it a special partner status. “It would make sense for NATO to grant Ukraine the status of a special partner,” he said. Yatsenyuk also said Kiev hopes the US would assign the key ally status to Ukraine.
