WASHINGTON, September 03. /ITAR-TASS/. The US Department of Defense still plans to hold joint exercises codenamed Rapid Trident-14 in Ukraine; 200 American servicemen may take part in them, Gregory Hicks, a spokesman for the European Command of the US Armed Forces, said Tuesday.
According to Reuters' data, the exercises are also expected to involve more than 1,100 military from Azerbaijan, Canada, Georgia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, and the UK.
The exercises are slated for September 16-26.
