UNITED NATIONS, August 31 /ITAR-TASS/. All Philippine peacekeepers who were surrounded by Syrian militants on the Golan Heights have been released, the United Nations press service said on Sunday.

The group of 40 “blue helmets” returned to its base after a ceasefire agreement had been reached with the Islamists.
