LONDON, August 20, 2:12 /ITAR-TASS/. The Islamic State (IS) grouping, which operates in the territories of Iraq and Syria, has circulated an online video purportedly showing beheading of US journalist James Foley, the Reuter news agency reported.
The video, captioned "A Message to America", was placed in the social network on Tuesday night. There is no confirmation so far that the person shown in the video was really Foley.
