PYONGYANG, August 11. /ITAR-TASS/. North Korea is preparing a report on human rights conditions in the country, the official Korean Central News Agency said Monday.

The report will reveal efforts of the United States and its allies aimed "to undermine the North Korean ideology and social system under the pretext of human rights violations," the agency said.

The document prepared by the North Korean Association for Human Rights will be published in late August, seven months after the United Nations released a 400-page report alleging widespread and systematic human rights abuses in the Communist nation.
