LUGANSK, August 06 /ITAR-TASS/. The Ukrainian army on Wednesday shelled and destroyed an Orthodox church in the central part of Luhansk, eastern Ukraine, members of the local militias told ITAR-TASS.
“Ukrainian army artillery systems shelled the church. It was not demolished completely but its walls were seriously damaged,” they said, adding that there were no their positions in a radius of several kilometres around the church.
