ROSTOV-ON-DON, July 29. /ITAR-TASS/. A first group of OSCE observers arrived on Tuesday in Russia’s southern Rostov region bordering Ukraine to inspect the border situation.

In all, the OSCE mission will include 13 members from eight countries, namely France, Great Britain, Hungary, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, a spokesman for the Rostov region government said.

Earlier on Tuesday, Russia’s foreign ministry demanded Kiev stop its war against Ukrainians.

Moscow also called on its Western partners to influence the Kiev authorities who are going too far. “Responsibility for civilian deaths in eastern Ukraine also rests with those who support the above-mentioned criminal actions,” the ministry said.
