PYONGYANG, July 29. /ITAR-TASS/. North Korea pledged to build up nuclear deterrence forces and to take regular military retaliatory countermeasures for self-defense purposes.

Recent test launches of tactical missiles in North Korea are estimated by newspapers in the country as fully justified, whereas the United States and their allies pursue a hostile policy towards North Korea and are preparing to unleash a war.

Pyongyang does not intend to watch passively how hostile forces to the country are preparing to an invasion in the sovereign country, KCNA reported. Groundless naval exercises, which Washington and Seoul are carrying out off the Korean peninsula, point to this tendency, KCNA reported.
