KIEV, July 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Data from MH17 onboard flight recorders show that the Malaysia Airlines' Boeing 777, which crashed in Eastern Ukraine July 17, was destroyed by a missile explosion, the press service of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council said.

"Experts on the commission probing into the causes of the Boeing 777 crash have said the data retrieved from onboard flight recorders point to a massive blast decompression produced by multiple fragmentation resultant from a missile explosion," the report said.

The Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 airliner en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the area of combat operations between local militias and Ukrainian governmental troops in east Ukraine’s Donetsk region on Thursday, July 17. All 298 people aboard the plane, including 193 Dutch nationals, died in the air crash.
