Hamas refuses to extend truce by four hours

“No agreement on an additional four-hour truce has been reached,” Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said

CAIRO, July 26, 23:10 /ITAR-TASS/. Palestine's movement, Hamas, has refused to extend a 12-hour truce with Israel, Al Arabiya News Channels said on Saturday.

“No agreement on an additional four-hour truce has been reached,” Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said.

Earlier, Israel agreed to extend a 12-hour humanitarian truce by four hours, until midnight (2100 GMT).

According to Al Jazeera’s Arabic channel, Palestinian groups in Gaza said they considered Israel’s decision “unilateral and useless”.
