MOSCOW, July 21./ITAR-TASS/. The investigation of the crash of a Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 passenger airliner is complicated due to the lack of accord between warring parties to the conflict in southeast Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry stated on Monday.

“A large-scale investigation of the air crash is hampered by the lack of accord between warring parties to Ukrainian domestic conflict on guarantees of security for foreign specialists who are still staying in Kiev and Kharkiv,” the diplomatic agency noted, adding that “Russian Foreign Ministry’s available reports that Malaysian representatives participated in investigation at the airliner’s crash site on July 20 were not confirmed. Meanwhile, some reports are coming that several international experts will be able to arrive at the air crash site already today.
