The government of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, July 20, /ITAR-TASS/. The government of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, Eastern Ukraine, has promised a reward worth 176,000 hryvnias (15,000 USD) to those who help catch and liquidate a subversive group which is firing mines at Lugansk from mortar guns, the republic’s press service reported on Saturday.
“The group is moving around in a truck or a light car. The enemy is apparently using a portable mortar launcher,” the press service went on to say.
The militias have given contact phone numbers which the local residents can call to provide information about the diversionists.
