LUHANSK, July 09. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s army is pulling troops and hardware to the city of Luhansk, the press service of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) said on Wednesday.
“The enemy continues to pull hardware and troops in the northern direction,” the press service said.
About 150 armored vehicles, including armored personnel carriers, tanks and self-propelled mounts, as well as six Grad multiple rocket launchers, have been concentrated to the north of Luhansk, the press service says.
“At night, five aircraft violated air space over Luhansk, reportedly performing surveillance flights,” it said.
LPR army destroyed “one armored personnel carrier and three trucks supposedly delivering weapons” over the past 24 hours, the press service said.
“The aggressor has lost about 50 men killed and wounded,” it said.
