KIEV, July 07. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko has approved a special army operation plan for Donetsk and Lugansk in the east of the country, National Security and Defence Council Deputy Secretary Mikhail Koval told Channel 5 on Monday, July 7.
“The president has approved a very detailed plan which includes all stages of liberating our land from the people who are destabilising the situation there,” Koval said referring to Donetsk and Lugansk.
