LUGANSK, July 04, /ITAR-TASS/. After artillery shelling of private houses by the Ukrainian Army in the city of Lugansk, its eastern districts were cut off power supplies Friday night, the press service of the Lugansk Town Hall said.

It cited the information provided by the city’s services for urgent repairs and rescues.
