KIEV, July 04. /ITAR-TASS/. One man was wounded in a blast that rocked a building in the Suvorovsky district military enlistment office and a local road department in the Ukrainian Black Sea port city of Odessa.
The explosion went off at 3.33am (local time) on Friday at a three-story building, the Ukrainian emergency situation state service stated on Friday. The basement was partly damaged in the blast. The cause of the blast is being investigated. The man wounded in the explosion was taken to hospital.
