TEL AVIV, July 01. /ITAR-TASS/. Israeli Air Force has carried out 34 “precision strikes” against Hamas and Islamic Jihad structures in the Gaza Strip overnight to Tuesday.

Palestinian sources said four people were injured in the strikes, and one person was missing.

The press service of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed air strikes on the infrastructure of terrorist organizations on the territory of Palestine. This was a response measure to rockets fired into Israel from the Gaza Strip late at night on Monday and in the morning on Tuesday.

The IDF said at least five rockets were fired into Israel. No casualties were reported. A car burned down as a result of the rocket fire, and one of the buildings in the south of the country was damaged. “The IDF will continue ti act in order to restore the peaceful living to the civilians of the state of Israel,” a military spokesman said.
