KIEV, June 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s parliament-appointed premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk has instructed to create a database for assisting to migrants from Crimea and eastern regions.

“It’s clear that the problem can’t be solved in the short run. The database is indispensable to allow people to learn online in what region they may find housing and job, and where children can go to school,” Yatsenyuk said on Wednesday.

He instructed the parliament-appointed Vice-Premier, Vladimir Groisman to ask the Association of Ukrainian Cities and the Association of Towns and Municipalities for aid because “decentralisation envisions responsibility”.

“It is necessary to attract local municipalities to provide aid to migrants,” Yatsenyuk said.
