KIEV, June 10. /ITAR-TASS/. Boris Lozhkin has been appointed chief of Ukraine’s presidential administration in accordance with a relevant order signed by President Petro Poroshenko.

Sergei Pashinsky has been dismissed from the post of acting chief of Ukrainian presidential administration.

Boris Lozhkin, 42, is founder of the UMH Group (Ukrainian Media Holding), set up in late 1990s.

Local observers note that earlier, Lozhkin and Poroshenko cooperated on the Ukrainian media market. In 2011, UMH and Poroshenko-owned enterprises acquired shares in KP Media, the publisher of Korrespondent magazine and several other publications.

Upon 2013 results, Lozhkin joined the three best Ukrainian top managers, according to a rating made by Kompanyon magazine.
