OTTAWA, June 5. /ITAR-TASS/. A man opened fire at police officers in Canada's Moncton (New Brunswick province) on Wednesday evening. Three officers were shot and killed, another two were brought to hospital in critical condition, reported the city police department.
"The shooter has been identified. It's a 24-year-old local Justin Bourque. He is armed with several automatic rifles and wears camouflage. A search is underway in the forest belt outside the city," the department reported.
Locals are recommended to stay indoors.
