THE UNITED NATIONS, May 27. /ITAR-TASS/. The Kiev authorities should regain control in the south-east of Ukraine “solely by peaceful means”, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said.

Ban Ki-moon’s official spokesman Stephane Dujarric told journalists that the secretary general is alarmed by the ongoing violence in Donetsk, including the death of journalists in the region.
