SHANGHAI, May 21 /ITAR-TASS/. Turkey has officially turned over chairmanship at the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) to China.
At Wednesday's sitting of the CICA Summit, Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu announced the transfer of CICA chairmanship to China and moved the the plate reading "Chairman" to Chinese President Xi Jinping.
