Foreign military observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) have been released in the Ukrainian city of Sloviansk, according to an ITAR-TASS report from the site. Russian Human Rights Commissioner Vladimir Lukin is taking the representatives of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), released in Sloviansk, to the block post boundary. “We are currently carrying them to the block post where Council of Europe officials are to meet them. As soon as they are handed over to representatives of the Council of Europe, it will be possible to say that the mission if competed,” Lukin said.
